Powerful Video Surveillance Software
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- August 20, 2009
CertaintyPoint announced that it has started testing software designed to let users manage a surveillance system from a local computer or a remote device. CertaintySoft allows users to control up to 16 cameras over the Internet from a command consul that is easily customizable to individual preferences and works with all major browsers, the company said.
CertaintySoft combines the quality and functionality of a professional system with a new easy to use Office 2007 style interface. It will be bundled with CertaintyCam starter kits.
“We are excited to begin testing CertaintySoft. It is based on VisualGate technology and delivers the same powerful professional features in a simpler smaller package.” said Isaac Raichyk, chief executive officer of CertaintyPoint. “Kits containing the new software will start shipping in the first quarter of 2010. Each kit is a complete single camera surveillance system in a box priced under $300.”
